Local Dining Options:
There is a shuttle on property that can take you over to the local outdoor mall that includes Tommy Bahama restaurant, a Foodland grocery store with pre-pared meals, and casual pizza and Mexican restaurants. We also recommend the Club House Bar located at the Mauni Lani Golf Course.

Yes, each award winner may bring one guest, which can be a spouse, partner, friend, or family member. Additionally, attendees are permitted to bring children. Please note that all expenses associated with bringing an additional guest (child) are your responsibility to cover. Children cannot attend evening events or any of the UserTesting sponsored activities.
Your guest may not be another UserTesting employee.
If a President’s Club award winner elects to make the trip alone, there will be no credit or future value to be received in lieu of not taking a guest.All RSVP's must be received by February 28, 2025. Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot on the May trip.
All flights for you and your guest will be booked directly by you through Navan. We ask that all flights are booked no later than March 1, 2025. A reminder that the approved President Club event dates are May 18-21, 2025.
Coach airline travel will be provided to each award winner and their guest, if applicable, from the award winner's home city airport to the travel destination airport. Any deviations from this travel routing will be at the President’s Club award winner's expense.
Please remember to fly into KOA (Kona Airport).

Yes, please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com with extension requests. Extensions are extremely limited as the hotel is almost at full capacity around our event dates. We will accommodate as many requests as possible based upon availability.
Any extension to the travel dates (either pre- or post-program) will be at the President’s Club award winner's expense.If you are looking to extend your stay in Hawaii, we have provided some alternate hotel accommodations from our 'Preferred Hotel Brands':

All attendees arriving within the group dates of May 18th - May 21st will have organized transfers when they arrive to the Kona airport to transport them to/from the hotel.
Your transfer from your home to the airport and back is your responsibility to organize but you may expense the total for the round-trip costs. This is the total for both you and your guest. If your guest is coming from an alternate location they will need to cover their own transport to the airport.
The resort is about 30 minutes from the Kona Airport.
If you are extending your trip and arriving or departing outside of the group dates, you are on your own to organize and cover the cost of the transportation. Uber and Lyft are readily available on the Big Island.
The hotel is not all-inclusive.
UserTesting has provided each President's Club winner up to $400 in travel expenses that may be submitted for reimbursement. This stipend is to be used for transportation to and from your home to the airport, baggage fees, and meals while traveling. It may also be put toward a meal off property. You will need to provide itemized receipts for the reimbursement of this $400. Please note that your guest's travel expenses are also included in this T&E stipend.
In addition, you will be provided $800 (per room) in resort credit to cover additional meals not included with the group. This resort credit can be used anywhere at the resort where you can charge back to your room.
Any special travel arrangements or expenses, including but not limited to, changes in President’s Club guest, additional air/hotel charges and/or upgrades, personal items, excursions, special meals, alcohol, incidentals, changes and/or cancellations incurring a penalty or other expenses outside of those detailed in the program, will be at the President’s Club award winner's expense.
There will be two options.
1. Download the Trip Plans app that Executive Group Travel sends you, it will be hard to survive this trip without it. It provides everything from hotel confirmation # to flight details to airport transfer information!
2. The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
