Today is arrival day for all attendees!

Check-in at the resort is at 3:00pm. Please note that a hold will be placed on your credit card for incidentals at the time of check-in. The unused amount will be released back to your credit card within 7 days of checking out!  

Airport transfers will be provided from Kona Airport (KOA) for all attendees that arrive today. If you decide to arrive early, we ask that you cover your transfer expenses to the hotel. Uber, Lyft, and taxis are readily available on the Big Island and the address to the hotel is: 68-1400 Mauna Lani Dr, Waimea, HI 96743

The drive from the KOA airport should take approximately 30 minutes. 

Note:

• Reminder you will be provided $800 per room in resort credit to cover additional meals not included with the group.  This resort credit can be used anywhere at the resort where you can charge back to your room. In addition, you can expense up to $400 for expenses on the trip such as transportation to and from home airport, baggage fees, or a meal not at the resort. 
• You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage.  We always recommend packing a change of clothes in your carry-on in case luggage gets lost during travels.
• For your free night, we highly recommend making dinner reservations before you arrive to the resort. Reservations can be made on Open table.

6:00pm - 9:00pm - Welcome Reception - Join us tonight on the  Pavilion Lawn to kick off a great few days on the Big Island!

• Dress code for the welcome party is Resort Chic.

Breakfast On Own. Breakfast is offered daily at HaLani from 6:30-11:00AM.  If you are looking for a quicker grab and go breakfast option, the Market offers coffee, smoothies, pastries, sandwiches and some local favorites. The market is open 5:30am-10:00pm daily. 

8:30-10:30 AM - UserTesting Business Meeting: Deal Deep Dive & Peer Coaching. The meeting will be hosted in the Boardroom, located directly off the lobby of the hotel.

Today is Activity Day! 

Please check out the activities page for detailed information on each offered activity.

• Manta Ray Night Snorkel Tour - The tour departs from the hotel at 5:00 PM.
• 18 Holes of Golf - Tee times will begin at 9:00am.
• Spa Treatment.  All spa appointment times are based on availability, so please check your personalized itinerary for your appointment time.

Please remember that choosing Resort Credit instead of one of the activities listed above is also an option. The resort credit can be used at the hotel towards extending your stay an additional night or for any food and beverage spend at the restaurants or bars.

Note:

• For dinner tonight, if you head off the resort, a reminder you have up to $400 to expense from the trip and could be used for this dinner. 
• We highly recommend making dinner reservations before you arrive to the resort. Reservations can be made on OpenTable.
• There is a shuttle on property that can take you over to the local outdoor mall that includes Tommy Bahama restaurant, a Foodland grocery store with pre-pared meals, and casual pizza and Mexican restaurants. We also recommend the Club House Bar located at the Mauni Lani Golf Course.

Start your morning off with a UserTesting group Yoga session on the Milo Tree Lawn from 7:00-8:00am. Please note this is not required and is completely optional.

8:30-10:30 AM - UserTesting Business Meeting: Market or Buyer Trends. The meeting will be hosted in the Boardroom, located directly off the lobby of the hotel.

 

Day at Leisure

UserTesting Get Together: This afternoon we will be hosting lunch, drinks, and some fun activities throughout the day today on the Ocean Point Lawn and beach. Stop by at your leisure to spend time with your co-workers and their significant others!

The weekly calendar is a great reference to see what is happening at the resort. The resort is home to three beautiful pools, including the Infinity pool which is the adults only pool.  Access to tennis and pickleball courts, equipment rentals, fitness center and lap pool is included in Mauna Lani’s resort fee. You can sign up for daily activities through the concierge desk (please note some activities below do come with an additional cost).

• Paddleboarding, outrigger canoeing, and surfing lessons

• Indoor/outdoor gym

• Complimentary beach club

The new Mauna Lani Beach Club is just steps away from the pool area and offers a variety of experiences available during your stay including canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, surf lessons, or stay on shore and get a chance to catch a glimpse of sea turtles and whales along the oceans surface. 12:00pm-3:00pm - UserTesting Get Together: This afternoon we will be hosting lunch, drinks, and some fun activities throughout the day today at the pool as we have a Halau #5,6,7,and 8. Stop by at your leisure to spend time with your co-workers and their significant others!

 

6:00pm - 9:00pm - Farewell Party - Join us tonight on the Kilohana Beach to celebrate all of your accomplishments in 2024!

• Dress code for this event is Beach Formal attire.
• Dinner & drinks will be provided at the Farewell Party.
