Arrival day in Spain for international team. This is for all attendees traveling from outside of Europe.
*** Check-in time is 3pm, early check-in was requested for early arrivals but this is not guaranteed.
Upon arrival, please pass through customs and to baggage claim. After you pick up your luggage, you will pass through the sliding doors leading to the arrival hall. After entering the arrival hall you will find your driver from Garcatri Deluxe Transport will be waiting for you holding a sign with the UserTesting logo!
- Reminder you will be provided 600 EUR per room in resort credit to cover additional meals not included with the group. This resort credit can be used anywhere at the resort where you can charge back to your room. In addition, you can expense up to $400 for expenses on the trip such as transportation to and from home airport, baggage fees, or a meal not at the resort.
- You can use the pool/beach while waiting to check in to your room while also storing your luggage. We always recommend packing a change of clothes in your carry-on in case luggage gets lost during travels.
- For your free night, we highly recommend making dinner reservations before you arrive to the resort.

Departure day from Spain.
Please check your Trip Plans individual itinerary for your departure times. These will be group departures so we ask for all guests to be on time.
Check out is 12:00 PM. Please make sure you check-out and pay any outstanding balance on your account. UserTesting will be covering all room charges. All additional charges should be covered by the individual and should not be expensed.
